Luke

Originally from Caterham, Surrey, England, Luke has been living in Torreblanca, Fuengirola since moving to Spain in 2000. He began his career selling commercial property and naturally transitioned into residential and off-plan sales during the building boom between 2002 and 2007. With extensive experience across all aspects of Spanish real estate, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge of the property market and the entire coastline. He has developed a deep expertise in helping clients navigate the complexities of the Spanish real estate landscape and in matching them with their ideal home and destination.

Henry

With over a decade of proven experience across three of the world’s most competitive real estate markets, London, Dubai and Spain, Henry specialises in delivering high-level property solutions. His career is founded on strategic negotiation skills, deep market insight and a strong commitment to client service. From luxury estates in Dubai to elegant homes in London and stunning coastal properties in Spain, Henry offers a global perspective paired with a personalised approach to each transaction. Living in Málaga since 2016, he has built extensive local knowledge and, together with a dedicated team, is committed to going the extra mile for every client.

Zoe

Zoe brings over 20 years of real estate experience, having successfully sold properties in 18 different regions across Spain since starting her career in 2000. He really had a good sense of what we were looking for. Coming from the United States to purchase a home here in Spain felt like a daunting process because the process is very different but lucked out finding Pardalis Estates.   Made contact with Pardalis Estate early on in our search for purchasing a property in Spain. Immediately on making contact, they listened to our wishes and started to send us details of properties that were available for viewing. We then identified properties we would like to view & this was arranged. Luke accompanied us on the viewings, he was informative, helpful and patient with us. He helped us understand the the property market, what was realistically available on our budget & areas. He took us to view properties that were on the market with other estate agents & managed all communications.
We were actively looking for about 1 year and Luke managed the negotiations with the sellers estate agent.

Luke has been more than patient with me as I had quite specific requirements which were difficult to match to the area I had chosen.

Looks like we have got there in the end and cannot thank the Guys at Pardalis Estates, in particular Luke, enough for their efforts and advise, second to none and I hope to continue to work closely with them as the build develops.
