To the left of the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. and adjacent to it there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room is equipped with a chaise lounge sofa and TV. The dining room is equipped with a round dining table with 6 chairs.
The covered terrace with glass and option to open in its large majority, has an outdoor table and a chill out area with two double outdoor sofas and coffee table, perfect for relaxing in the evening. We provide bed linen and bath towels for all guests, so you only need to bring your personal items.
The house is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air-conditioning.
WIFI is also available throughout the property. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
A parking space is also included in the rent.
In the urbanization there is a communal swimming pool (open 10:00-22:00 all year round, subject to availability) with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can sunbathe and take a nice dip.
